Villa Arizona is a large, spacious villa with 3 bedrooms and 2 complete bathrooms (one en suite) and has a total of almost 200m2. The terrace and garden area occupy about 270m2.

Located in an elevated position (480 meters) above sea level, the panoramic views of the coastline are breathtaking. Situated in a quiet town where you can enjoy peace and privacy.
The wooden flooring throughout give the villa its warm, homelike yet modern feel. All three bedrooms boast double french doors with adjustable louvre shutters, terrace access and spectacular sea views..

The cathedral ceilings in the living room give the room an open, spacious feeling to its 34.45m2 of living space with access to the Conservatory and the indoor dining room.

Its picture window provides views of the coastline and "city" lights below. It has a comfortable leather sofa, a coffee and end table, Home Cinema, Satellite TV, DVD player and a growing English book and DVD library.

The Conservatory, connecting the living and dining areas and the terrace, is a favourite of our clients for enjoying a meal or drink while gazing at the stars. It is glass enclosed.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, fridge- freezer, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, etc.
The kitchen window lets in a lot of sunlight from the adjacent Conservatory. The space is fully functional and attention has been paid to every detail so that nothing is missing.

The dining room of 11m2, adjacent to the kitchen has a table and chairs for six people and direct access to the main hall of the Villa.

The master bedroom includes an en- suite bathroom and a separate dressing room with an enormous built in wardrobe and full length mirrors. Like all the rooms in the villa, this bedroom is very bright.

Sunlight enters through a window and the double doors open wide onto a balcony terrace with access to the pool/jacuzzi area. The sea views are panoramic and the decoration warm and welcoming.

The "en suite" bathroom adjoining the master bedroom with an over sized shower head, 2 washbasins, large mirrors, and an illuminated magnifying mirror is bright and stylishly decorated.

The twin bedroom has two single beds, a desk, a bookshelf, and a built in wardrobe and, as all the bedrooms, has a double door access to the balcony terrace and pool area.

In the "green" bathroom you will find a large, claw foot bathtub, perfect for a long, luxurious bubble bath. Modern style with all the comforts of home.

The spacious pool area has a private, solar heated pool (10 x 4.10 m) with exquisite views of the coastline.

In the pool area you will find a Weber gas barbecue grill, comfortable hammocks for sunbathing and a family size table with sun umbrellas for comfortable, outdoor dining.

In one of the private corners of the 180m2 pool area you'll find a HotSpring Jacuzzi with a capacity for 6 people.

Invigorating, directional whirlpool jets, Moto-Massage moving jet that is so comfortable, you'll enjoy resting against it for an extended, invigorating massage, different temperatures and changing light colours.
